However, if you are keen for more of a hands on experience, try the Microlight Flights in Wadi Rum, Jordon. Owned by the Royal Aero Sports Club of Jordan, travellers will have the ultimate adrenalin rush on a lightweight aircraft going speeds of 80 to 90km per hour. You will be flying altitudes of 1000 to 1200 meters high, which will give you a unique aerial view of Jordan like no other.
It is the safest extreme sport you'll ever experience and you can choose from a short 20 minute flight or a one hour flight.
